Refund policy
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund, including any standard shipping costs. However, the cost of returning the product to our webshop is at your own expense.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in advance at info@laqlour.com. After your request, we will provide you with further return instructions. Once we have received your return, we will confirm it by email. Please note that processing a return may take up to 14 days.
Important: The product must be in its original condition, including unopened and undamaged packaging. Make sure the item is unused and returned with care.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different product or fragrance? That’s possible within 14 days after delivery of your order. Please contact us at info@laqlour.com. The return shipping costs for the original product are also at your own expense in the case of an exchange.
